A 50 y.o. man is cleaning leaves out of his gutter, when the ladder slips out from under him. He falls vertically 8 feet and lands flat on his right foot. It is very painful to walk and his wife insist that he go to the emergency room. He is seen by an orthopedic surgeon, who orders a CT scan of both feet.
