	Step 1: Begin with the spinal cord.
	Step 2: Add the atlas.
	Step 3: Add the occipital bone.

	Step 4: Using the Rotate tool, rotate the spinal cord 90 degrees. Speculate as to why there is extension of the spinal cord above the foramen magnum.
