There is a membrane that lies on top of the urogenital triangle. Although we cannot see this membrane on our cadaver, its components are visable and include:

Perineum borders

Add the perineal body.
Add the superficial transverse perineal muscle.
Add the vaginal orifice.
Add the urethral sphincter.
Notice the relationship of the sphincter to the vagina and the perineal body in the MPR window.
Add the corpus cavernosum of clitoris.
Add the fascia of clitoris. Unfortunately, the bulb of the vestibule and greater vestibular gland are not visible on this cadaver. Reference the drawing for the location of these structures.
