Add the major arteries of the pelvis.
Add the posterior trunk of internal iliac arteries.
Using the Highlight or Draw tool, identify the following:

Add the branches of the anterior internal iliac artery.

Using the Highlight or Draw tool, identify the following:

Add the inferior epigastric arteries.
Add the testicular arteries.

Note that the testicular arteries are branches of the abdominal aorta. We can see this connection on the left but the right side is unclear.

Add the testicular veins.

Note that like the ovarian veins, the right vein drains into the vena cava and the left vein drains into the left renal vein.
